— Lead Teacher —
Job Summary
The Lead Teachers create a safe and nurturing environment while incorporating fun and creative lesson plans to support the learning and development of our children. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for all aspects of classroom management, including, but not limited to, the education, social and emotional development, lesson planning, and the screening/assessment of each child, as needed. This position will have the opportunity to work directly with other Teachers and support staff to create and develop a classroom environment that contributes to each child's success.
Education and Work Experience:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or similar.
Previous experience with childcare.
CDA.

Job Summary
As a teachers assistant, your job is to provide support for the lead teacher and the students. Throughout the day, you will primarily assist the lead teacher in the classroom, with daily activities, a child's individual needs in the classroom, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.

— Float Teacher —
Job Summary
As a teacher floater, one of your jobs is to help around the building and in the classrooms. If you're not sure what to do when you start your day, check with the director to see what needs done or where you can be helpful in the building.
Examples that might be required:
-Deep cleaning,
-moving furniture if needed,
-laundry, ect.
While in the classroom, you are responsible for helping the lead teacher and cleaning in the classroom. Meaning, it’s your responsibility to help prepare the and gather the materials for the lead teacher, While in the classroom when the lead teachers are doing their lessons, your job is to help the children on the carpet, during small groups. Where the children are, you are!
